Refund Eligibility
Unfulfilled Orders: Refunds are available at our discretion for any order that has not yet been fulfilled within a 24hr window after purchase. After that point our fulfillment begins, to ensure all orders can be delivered in a timely manner,
Fulfilled Orders: All sales are final once an order has been shipped and fulfilled.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our books. However, if your book arrives with extreme damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To request a refund for damaged items, please:
- Email us at sovereignarchivepublishing@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Provide photos of the damaged item(s)
- Describe the extent of the damage
Refund requests for damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
